If I take the mcats twice, do both scores get sent to schools? Or how does it work?

Yeah, they'd both show up on your AMCAS application. But most schools I talked to say they only really consider your best scores when lookign over your application. And some even take the best score in each section, so if, say, you did better in verbal on the second, but worse in Biological Science, they'd just count the section scores from the better ones.
